"I’ve lived here for a year now and just renewed for another year. I’ve absolutely loved living here. It’s the cheapest place i’ve been able to find in the valley (base rent and fees included) AND the management is top tier. Truly Allison could not be a better landlord. She responds super quick, treats our needs with priority, and is very fair. The apartment itself is nothing snazzy, but it is very well taken care of. All of the neighbors i’ve met have been really kind, no one is loud, and i feel safe. Having the park across the street is also a big bonus."

She’s always so kind when we interact with her and any requests we have made have been met with timely and professional responses. She’s very reasonable with her expectations of the property. She’s never been overbearing or so involved where it made us feel stifled. It’s truly been great living here and if we weren’t leaving the state, we’d continue renting from Allison and the Park Springs complex."

"I've been living in this apartment complex since 2021 and absolutely love it! If for some reason there is an issue with the apartments, management is incredibly fast to respond and take care of the it. My neighbors are wonderful and the complex is very pet-friendly; a dog park is conveniently located across the street. The apartments themselves are spacious and upgraded, have central heating/AC, hook-ups in laundry room, and good closet spaces. I took a gamble by only looking at pictures before signing a lease, and Allison, our landlord, worked very closely with me and provided very accurate and clear pictures to help me make the decision to sign, not to mention that she answered any and all questions I had. I am very happy that I did. I highly recommend this complex"
